Yoga Teachers Sandra Cook & Rona Main invite you to experience a morning of Yoga as a gift on Mother's Day. This invitation is extended to anyone. Come along as a treat to yourself or offer this as a gift for Mum or someone special in your life. Or, join us along with Mum - sons & daughters! Suitable for all ages over 14 and all abilities, including beginners.
Hosted in the wonderful Urban Wellness Hub, Bridge of Don, Aberdeen - this will be a gentle, fun & relaxing morning of Yoga featuring simple, enjoyable Yoga postures & sequences, along with breathing & relaxation techniques. With fun & harmony as the central theme, this session will be about experiencing kindness to oneself on this special day. The kindness that Mothers, Aunties and special friends show to others will be celebrated.
A fun morning with time to reflect along with guided approachable yoga & relaxation. The session will include a break for refreshments including tea, coffee, herbal teas & bites provided. The Urban Wellness Hub have kindly teamed with us to provide Extra Treatments before or after the Yoga as additional bookings - please see details below. All abilities are most welcome and no previous experience of Yoga is necessary.
Suitable for ages over age 14 & over. Cost : £25 per person
